One on One Private Training
1×1  fitness is offering individual private training. What I teach my clients is all about different exercises on the proper form and technique. Also, I teach cardiovascular machines, weight training and flexibility. The place where I train is in a local studio in New Hydy Park.  So, if you want to be inspired, motivated and get the best in fitness and nutrition advice.
