Q. How long is a training session?
A. A training session is one hour for private or group.
Q. How many sessions a week do you have to do to reach he or she’s fitness goal the fastest?
A. I believe a client should train 2 or 3 times a week.
Q. Do I charge for cancelled session?
A. I do charge for cancelled sessions if it is 24 hours after a session time. However, if you miss a session once in a while. I will not charge you for it.
Q. How much do I charge for a session?
A. 1. My training session fee is $60.00 an hour. 2. Group Exercise Class fees are $17.00 per person.
Q. What are the special offers that One on One Fitness have?
A. 1. One on One Fitness offers a gift certificate for someone that you know. And, if you act now you get two courtesy training sessions for $40.00 per session.
2. Another offer is TwoFit. And, you will be training with a partner. My training fee is only$100.00 for a session.
3. Every new person that wants to be inspired,motivated,and get the best in fitness/nutrition advice gets one courtesy session for $40.00. *FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY!!
4. Refer a Friend. Every friend you refer to me will receive two one-hour training sessions for $40.00 per session.
Q.What forms of payments do One on One Fitness accept? A. One on One Fitness accepts cash and checks.
