Q. How long is a training session?
A. A training session is 1 hour for private or a group
Q. How many sessions a week do you have to do to reach he or she’s fitness goal the fastest?
A. I believe a client should train 2 or 3 times a week.
Q. Do I charge for cancelled session?
A. I do charge for cancelled sessions if it is 24 hours after a session time. However, if you miss a session once in a while. I will not charge you for it.
Q. How much do you charge? A. 1. My fees for one on one training is $70.00 an hour. 2. Group classes is $20.00 for an hour.
Q. What are your fees for first time appointments? A. 1×1 Fitness fees for first time appintments are 40.00 an hour. And, that is for one on one training. The fee for group classes is $15.00 an hour.
Q. Do 1×1 Fitness have gift certificates?
A. 1. 1X1 Fitness offers a gift certificate for someone that you know. And, if you act now you get two courtesy training sessions for $50.00 per session. *For one on one training only.
Q. Refer a Friend. Every friend you refer to me will receive 20% off on your next session. Either a private or a group session.
Q.What forms of payments do 1×1 Fitness accept? A. 1×1 Fitness accepts cash and checks.
